I woul like to share one of my favorite salad dressing. Try it and enjoy a healthy meal :)
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
* 6 green onions, sliced fine
* 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
* 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Store in refrigerator until use.
